Quantum Non-thermal Radiation from Non-stationary Rotating de Sitter Black Hole

Using the Hamilton-Jacobi method quantum non-thermal radiation from non-stationary rotating de Sitter black hole is studied. It is shown that there exist seas of positive and negative energy states in the vicinity of the event horizon. In the gap between the seas there exists a forbidden region. The forbidden gap vanishes on the surface of the event horizon so that the positive and negative energy levels are crossed. The width of the forbidden energy gap and the energies of the particles are found to depend on the rate of evaporation of the black hole, the shape of the event horizon and the radiating direction.
