The task of question answering (QA) has recently become hugely popular in the natural language processing and computer vision communities. In this talk the speaker will discuss a variety of QA tasks and models (including attention mechanisms) for: Text QA (answering questions about textual data), Visual QA (answering questions about visual data such as images) and Interactive QA (answering questions that require an autonomous agent to interact with a dynamic visual environment).
