Research Projects Undertaken

  1. University Grants Commission (UGC) project no. F. 6-2(29)/2008(MRF/NRCB) dated December 01, 2008 of amount Rs. 50, 000/- entitled "Physical significance of cosmological constant (/\) in Einstein's  field equations in general relativity". This project has been successfully completed.

  3. FRGS Grant RM 38,000 (Thirty Eight Thousand only Malaysian Ringgit) sanctioned by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia under the Project No. 02-10-10-969 FR. In this project, Two scientists (i) Prof. H. Zanuddin, UPM, Malaysia and (ii) Prof. H. Amirhashchi, IAU, Mahshahr, Iran were collaborating with me.   It was two years project during  2010-12 which is successfully completed.

  5. State council of science and technology (SCST) project no. C.S.T./D-1536 dated 7-9-2010 of amount Rs.6.06 Lac entitled "To study the dynamic and physical behaviour of the universe in the light of cosmological constant problem" for the period of three year i.e. from December 26, 2010 to December 26, 2013. This project is successfully completed.

  7. University Grants Commission (UGC) Major project F. No. 41-899/2012 (SR) dated 25 July, 2012 on the topic "The role of the dynamic cosmological constant in accelerating universe and its congruence with recent astrophysical observations" of amount Rs. 11.88 Lac for three years 2012 - 2015. This project is successfully completed on 31 December 2015.
