My primary research is focused on the formation of galaxies in the early universe and their evolution.
Key research topics of interest are: high-redshift galaxies, galaxy assembly, epoch of re-ionization, UV astronomy. I utilize the UV telescope onboard AstroSat, Hubble Space Telescope, James Webb Space Telescope as well as other instruments such as VLT/MUSE, SDSS/MaNGA. I also spend time in stuyding dynamics of galaxies using N-body simulation as well as IFU observation.
