Visa Information

A visa may need to be obtained by most foreign nationals before travelling to India. All foreign nationals expected to participate in the meeting are therefore requested to apply for a Conference/Business visa through an Indian Consulate in their country.

Following the regulations, we will be applying for clearance for the conference from the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India. A copy of this clearance, which we expect to get by mid-August, along with the invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants requiring a visa. The participants are requested to provide their details in the form given in the Registration section. These details are required for the invitation letter and the letter will be sent to all registered participants requiring a visa.
