IUCAA will offer complimentary on-campus guest house accommodation (and meals) to participants during the workshop. Single-room occupancy will be offered to Speakers/SOC and senior faculties, and shared accommodation will be provided to student participants. Participants are thereby requested to specify their accommodation needs during the registration process. High-speed Wi-Fi (including eduroam access) is available throughout the campus, enabling participants to work seamlessly with Rubin broker tools and Rubin Science Platform resources during or after the hands-on sessions. The institute also has an in-house medical clinic with a dedicated Doctor and first-aid kits readily available.

Guest House at IUCAA
Limited accommodation is available at the IUCAA guest house located within the campus of IUCAA. These will be allotted on a first come first serve basis, preferentially to young researchers with limited resources and IUCAA associates.

During the workshop, the participants will be provided with free accommodation (subject to availability) and hospitality.
