The registration for the September 2026 LVK Meeting in Pune, India, is now open.

All current LVK members will receive a personalized invitation email containing a unique registration link from lvk.pune@iucaa.in. Registration is only required for in-person attendance, not for online attendance.

Please check your spam folder, as the invitation email from lvk.pune@iucaa.in may get filtered depending on your institute's mail server configurations. We recommend whitelisting our domain to ensure you receive all future updates. Please write to lvk.pune@iucaa.in in case you didn't receive the invitation.

Registration fee is fully refundable (minus bank charges, if any) if cancellation is done on or before September 10, 2026, in India. No refund will be possible if cancellation is done after this date.

For everyone, who does not have an Indian passport and needs a visa:

For pre-registered attendees, updates regarding your Ministry of External Affairs clearance will be sent individually via email within 24 to 48 hours of completing registration. This notification will confirm whether your approval has been granted. Should you fail to receive this update, please reach us at lvk.pune@iucaa.in.

• If you have pre-registered and your approval is received from the Ministry of External Affairs: You can register for the meeting before the deadline and go ahead now and apply online for a visa. Please select a visa of type e-conference visa. This should be processed within a few days.
• If you have pre-registered and not been approved by the Ministry of External Affairs: You can register for the meeting before the deadline and go ahead now and consider applying online for an e-Business visa. (Note that you can pay the registration after your visa is approved. You will not have to pay the registration fee, in the unlikely case that your visa gets denied.)
• If you did not pre-register and plan to attend the meeting: Please fill in the meeting registration form as soon as possible (certainly before July 25) so that the local organizers can pass on your details to the visa issuing entities. You can then apply for an e-conference visa in the third week of August. (Note that you can pay the registration after your visa is approved. You will not have to pay the registration fee, in the unlikely case that your visa gets denied.

Registration Fees: There will be a registration fee for this conference, which will cover all meals and conference dinner.

• IUCAA University Associates: 5,000 INR (reduced)
• Indian University Students/Postdocs: 2,500 INR (reduced)

The selected participants will receive a secured link for the fee payment from lvk.pune@iucaa.in in due course. Please note that the acceptance to the meeting does not guarantee talk/poster selection. The decision on abstract will be communicated to the participants separately.
