Visa Information
To facilitate getting a visa, all confirmed foreign nationals will receive:
Foreign nationals who need visa are requested to apply for a conference visa by July 15, 2026, after registering for the meeting.

Most participants will be able to apply for the e-conference visa. However, you are requested to contact your nearest Indian embassy/consulate regarding the most updated visa requirement and apply at the earliest.
A visa has to be obtained by most foreign nationals before travelling to India. All foreign nationals expected to participate in the meeting are therefore requested to apply for a Conference/Business visa through an Indian Consulate in their country.
Following existing regulations, we will be applying for clearence for the conference from the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India. A copy of this clearance, which we expect to get by mid-June, along with the invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants requiring visa. These are needed for applying for a conference visa.
