TALKS:

Review or Invited talks: 30 minutes (25+5).
Contributed talk: 20 minutes (15+5).
Presentations must be made using the laptop provided by the LOC in the auditorium. The accepted formats are PDF/PPTX.
If you are using MacOS or would like to use your own laptop due to animations etc, please test your presentation well in advance of your scheduled talk and make sure it runs smoothly.

Participants are requested to upload their talks in the above formats through this form. Please name your file "Talk_LastName_FirstName.pdf".


POSTER Presentations:

All posters must be in A0 (vertical) size. Please see the layout for dimensions of the actual display boards with two A0 size posters.
Posters should be printed on a single sheet (not multiple pages).

Please share your poster on slack #Poster channel as well with a title "Poster_LastName_FirstName.pdf".


FLASH Presentations:

All posters presenters will give a flash talk between Monday and Wednesday, according to their poster number listed in the programme.

Participants presenting poster are requested to upload a single slide for their flash talk in a PDF format through the form here. Please name your file "FlashPoster_LastName_FirstName.pdf".

Due to limited slots, if you do not upload your flash talk by the by Friday 21, 2025, we will assume that you are not interested in giving a flash talk.

The LOC will merge these individual slides in a single PDF for display during the flash talks.
