Visa Information
We are pleased to share that we have received conference clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. These clearances were crucial for the participation of foreign nationals and will be required for their visa application.

Most participants will be able to apply for the e-conference visa. However, you are requested to contact your nearest Indian embassy/consulate regarding the most updated visa requirement and apply at the earliest.
A visa has to be obtained by most foreign nationals before travelling to India. All foreign nationals expected to participate in the meeting are therefore requested to apply for a Conference/Business visa through an Indian Consulate in their country.
Following regulation, we will be applying for clearence for the conference from the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India. A copy of this clearance, which we expect to get by mid-October, along with the invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants requiring visa. These are needed for applying for a conference visa.
