  		Upon successful registration, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.

  		You will receive a Registration ID which you should quote in all future correspondence and filling up of forms.

  		In case you do not receive the mail within a day, please contact the LOC immediately.

  		The list of registered participants updates immediately with each registration process.
»   
  		You can check the list in order to make sure that your registration has really happened.

**Please note that students should arrange for a letter of reference from their Thesis Supervisor or a Senior Scientist, to be sent by e-mail to the LOC with a subject heading "Reference letter -- Reg. ID =<your registration ID>"

To submit an abstract for your presentation, please click the link HERE

»    If you want to present both a talk and a poster, please use the same form.
»   
 		 At any point if you want to change the title and abstract of your presentation, please fill this same form enabling the option 'Submission Type - revised'.
»    Revisions and changes are allowed within the deadline period only.
